This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with TonTon Galaxy and our related websites, applications, online services, customer support, community features, and marketing communications (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process as a controller (or equivalent) for console and PC versions of TonTon Galaxy and related Caterbyte online services, including gameplay on platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo consoles, and other storefronts or platforms we support from time to time.

This Policy does not cover privacy practices of third-party platforms, payment processors, hardware manufacturers, or other services that we do not control. Those parties process information under their own privacy policies.

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Services:

• Account or profile details such as display name, username, email address, and preferences when you create an account, join a waitlist or wishlist campaign, or contact us.

• Platform account identifiers (for example, Steam ID, Epic Account ID, PlayStation Network Online ID, Xbox Gamertag, or Nintendo Network ID), friends lists or presence information where platform APIs make them available and you enable related features, and purchase or entitlement status needed to validate ownership of the game or downloadable content.
• Authentication tokens and session information provided by the platform to allow online play, cloud saves, achievements, and similar features.

3.3 Gameplay, Device, and Technical Data

• Gameplay telemetry such as progress, settings, session duration, crash logs, performance metrics, feature usage, match or session identifiers, and anti-cheat or integrity signals where applicable.
• Device and technical information including hardware type, operating system, GPU/CPU characteristics, language, region, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, network type, and unique device or install identifiers.
• Save data, cloud save metadata, and configuration files associated with your play sessions.

• If the Services include multiplayer, co-op, lobbies, voice chat, text chat, or similar features, we may process usernames, session participation data, and communications content as needed to provide, moderate, and secure those features.

7. Platform Partners & Storefronts

When you purchase, download, or play TonTon Galaxy through a third-party platform or storefront (including Steam, Epic Games Store, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Nintendo, and others), that platform may collect and process information under its own privacy policy. We may receive limited account, purchase, entitlement, achievement, and technical data from those platforms as needed to deliver the game and online features.

Payments for digital purchases are typically processed by the platform or storefront. We generally do not receive your full payment card details from those transactions.

8. Online & Multiplayer Features

If TonTon Galaxy or related Services include online multiplayer, co-op, matchmaking, leaderboards, cloud saves, cross-play, voice or text chat, or similar features, we process information necessary to operate those features and to protect the integrity of the player experience.

We may use automated and manual tools to detect cheating, toxic behavior, unauthorized software, or other misuse. This may include reviewing gameplay telemetry, session data, and communications where permitted by law and platform rules. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, bans, or other enforcement actions.

9. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve content. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Game clients may also store identifiers and telemetry locally or transmit them to our servers or service providers for the purposes described in this Policy.

TonTon Galaxy is intended for a general audience. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
